The core activity involves medical students creating a personalized bedside poster for patients, highlighting aspects of their life that bring them joy and are important to them. This poster serves as a tool for the care team to connect with patients more meaningfully, fostering rapport and personalizing care while respecting patient autonomy and privacy.
