Plan to arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. Parents will be picking up their kids around this time so you can expect traffic around the school. Oppe Elementary is on 2915 81st Street in Galveston. You can park in the playground parking lot that is across the street from Oppe and walk up to the front entrance. Let them know you are there for the ACE after school program for tutoring.
